Der Fuhrer prepares to issue Executive Orders on Immigration.

Barack Hussein announced today that he will pursue revision of U.S. immigration policy through a new series of Executive Orders.  He said that since congress won't do what he wants, he will simply have to do what he "can" without them.  He's proven that he's perfectly willing to do what he can, way beyond the legal limits, already.

What he wants is an amnesty program.  If you are old enough to have been following this for some time, you will remember the Bill Clinton amnesty, which allowed an estimated 12 million illegal immigrants to remain in the country and which Clinton "guaranteed" would solve the problem of hordes of illegals swarming across the Southern borders.

The 12 million (or more) stayed so at least he got that part right.  Obama knows illegals vote, illegally, and he knows they vote  Democrat. Why would he try to stop them?

    1. And no one seems to able to oppose him. What he's doing is illegal. The Supreme Court did put the breaks on his appointments to government positions while Congress is not in session, but the Executive Order travesty just goes on and on.

  2. Harry, being a "foreigner" I just don't understand these Executive Orders, if your congress won't pass legislation surely the President must abide by that decision. Does your Constitution have any trigger that would force an election if the Congress was deadlocked? An Executive order sounds like an Imperial Decree to me!

The Australian Constitution provides the sitting government with the option of calling a Double Dissolution if it cannot get any legislation passed by the Senate. This procedure is where the Governor General dissolves both houses of parliament and calls a general election, this can only been done 3 months after the senate has twice rejected a piece of legislation. There have been 6 Double Dissolution elections since federation in 1901, seems to work as I would say we have a pretty stable system of government down here.

    1. The Constitution does have some safe guards but they have largely been ignored, which is the problem. Legally Congress (controlled by the Republicans) is suppose to be in charge of the purse strings and could de-fund everything Obummer tries to do by executive order but they are afraid if they do that it will backfire on them. A fear they maybe right about. The Liberal Democrats are very good at turning those things around. Congress could impeach Obummer but the Democrat controlled Senate wouldn't go along so the end result would be the same.

Honestly the in the old days the States would set things right but the combination of the civil war and the 1913 income tax amendment has lead to the states being as dependent on Federal money as the welfare and government largess employees. Also in 1913 they managed to make another Constitutional Amendment that took the election of the Senators out of the control of the State houses and made them a popular vote. This further muddies the water and allows the deadlock when 3/4's of the States are Republican lead but the Senate is majority Democrat.

Basically we have a Constitution and political/legal system set up as a Republic that is now having elections as a mob rule Democracy which means those in positions of power claim right by popular opinion and those in lesser position are powerless having all their previous teeth pulled.

    3. PP summed it up better than I could have. It's not a joke when people here refer to an "Imperial Presidency" because there are so many parallels between our situation today and the situation in Rome when Caesar took over and emasculated the Senate.

  3. Thanks for the explanation PioneerPreppy, it seems like you are between a rock and a hard place. Am I right in guessing that your Constitution never intended for the President to have such seemingly sweeping powers?

    1. No it didn't. Executive orders are a relatively recent thing and the abuse of them to this extent is even more recent. The other problem is that the court system has been stacked heavily with Liberal Democrats and has been given more power than it was ever meant to have as well to the point it is often legislating from the bench.

As I said above the entire system was just not designed for a Democracy because the founders knew this type of power grab would happen under one. The real kicker is that the individual States are now so dependent on trickle down money they have no balls left to stand up for themselves.

    2. I should probably also say that Presidents have always given "executive orders" but they were always within the guidelines of duties and responsibilities outlined to the Executive branch in the Constitution. It wasn't until the 1950's that Presidents started over stepping these bounds and at first I believe it was Truman who was smacked back by SCOTUS. After that for a while the Presidents always stated plainly which Laws or powers any Executive orders were enforcing.

Under Obummer however many of his Executive orders are going outright against the Laws on the books. For instance telling Federal agencies to not enforce the border or to not challenge same sex marriage cases, that type of stuff.

So you can see this regime is using the executive order as legislate from the office not to enforce existing legislation. Which is the real problem.

    1. There are a number of them on the net. The comparison is appropriate. Especially since the current government uses the agencies like the FBI and ATF to disappear it's opponents into the federal prison system.

  5. Hey Harry,

    (captaincrunch)

The supreme court already smacked Osama obuma down last week for using too much executive authority and bypassing the congress etc.

Time to get up off the toilet, turn around and look at it for what it really is.

This is the slow destruction of the United States courtesy of the fruitcakes from the sixties.
Yeah' its be design. That's Karl Marx for writing that book that screwed everything up and caused the deaths of at least 150 million in the 20th Century.

Now what the fruitcakes up in D.C. don't realize is Texas has been through this crap before. When the economy finally implodes (like that turd in the toilet I mentioned but this time swirling down the hole) Lots of things will change pretty damn quick and maybe the governor in Texas may grow a pair and order all illegals out. When the Welfare, Bene's, EBT cards and ATM's all come up dry. There will be a mass exodus of illegals going south in no time.

Sorry for being blunt, but it feels really, really good letting my Testosterone flow and my political incorrectness become unbound.

    1. I just don't get it - why are we encouraging illegal immigrants to come into this country when we have so many AMERICANS in need themselves - don't they count ?

Why do we give illegals a free bus ride up North when blue gloved TSA employess are patting down people flying on inside our country - do the illegals get the same treatment ?

Encouraging the illegal to come here benefits the current administration for the reasons given above, but it also benefits the human traffickers bringing them in as well. I imagine quite a few unemployed Mexicans are taking up being a 'coyote' as a new vocation. These illegal immigrants are dying on route (crossing the south U.S. border in summer is no picnic) and are getting assaulted / raped / robbed because of the encouragement of easy U.S. citizenship promised.

Its really benefiting the criminal in many ways - it really is.

    2. Hey Anon,

      (captaincrunch)

I have lived in border towns or border area's my entire life. I have seen it all and nothing really surprises me.

Corporations also want cheap slave labor, but the Unions vote for Democrats that take money from the Corporations that want cheap labor???

This is reason I don't really care for Unions.

There are many logical reasons why radicals in D.C. want to destroy America and the capitalist system so they can bring about their version of Neo-Socialism (Kinda more like National Socialism as in the Nazi Party)
Its all really heading towards National Socialism system where big corporations are involved heavely in government and take government money from high taxes and citizens are (mandated) or forced to buy certain products the government deems necessary.

Read your history books, its starting up all over again. Then later on down the road there will be another world war in order to kill off "undesirables" young men and women on both sides. This has the added benefit of population control that social scientist champion.

The 21st Century will be a really bad rerun (or bloody copy) of the 20th Century.
Yeah' and the aniversery of the assignation of the Archduke of Ferdinand in Serbia was a few days ago.

      Go figure.....

History's gonna repeat itself. You can take that to the bank.....

    3. That's how Georgia became infested with illegals. In the late 1980's, the white and black workers in the chicken plants pulled off a wild cat, non union strike for decent pay and greater safety measures in the plants. Conagra, Fieldale, and the other big chicken companies brought in thousands of Mexicans, mostly from Guadalajara , to break the strike. The governor at the time was a puppet of the agricultural companies and worked a deal with the feds for these people to come into the state. Of course, once the strikes were broken, the ag companies found that the Mexicans were "better" workers because they would work in any conditions, for peanuts, so the Mexicans never went home. Now, we have entire counties in Georgia with majority Hispanic populations. On Sunday you can drive through the residential neighborhoods and count the slaughtered goats hanging from the front porches. The signs on stores and vehicles are all in Spanish. One of these counties is where the money extracted from property taxes in my county is sent. We have a poor tax base, but we still send 3 million a year to Atlanta under the "fair share" program. Some of it goes to black schools in Atlanta, much of it goes to the Hispanic majority schools in the county that is now little Mexico.

  7. In Fremont, Nebraska they got slammed because they won't rent apartments to illegals. Many were saying that they are raciest. They are illegal, and are doing what everyone should. Make it legal for them to live here, and then it would be raciest that they don't rent out to those that aren't from here. I just couldn't understand why people were making such a big deal about it.

    1. Since the days of Lyndon and Lady Bird Johnson, liberals have been calling anyone who disagrees with them a racist. If you are attacked by a minority member, and you shot them, you are a racist. If you say "maybe reparations for slavery is a stupid idea', you are a racist. And if you say "we can't support millions of illegal immigrants on the backs of working class Americans" then surely you are the most racist of all. Shrieking "racism" in a loud, shrill voice is one way that the left suppresses dissent.
