Look at the sign on the door of the recruiting center. Then listen to what this woman says. Words utterly fail me.

  1. I saw it has it happened, I started to watch it again here, but couldn't, just too disgisting That man is a Marine and did you see the look in his eye there at the end of the interview when she got all nasty with him. He looked like he wanted to break her, but behaved like a gentleman.

As for me, I wanted to throw the remote at the tv and have a stoke.

Harry, here's a good piece that I thought was worth sharing:

    1. After I watched that segment, the first thing that crossed my mind was that he was too courteous with her. She knew it , too, and used it to interrupt him and prevent him from speaking. The host was ineffective against the typical left wing tactic of motor mouthing.

Over and over again, I see people who have no grounding in reality, no contact with the real world, trying to make decisions that are critical for people who live in that real world. I'm sure she left the studio well satisfied with herself, went and got in her BMW, drove down to the Starbucks for a latte, then back to her gated community bristling with walls and armed security guards.

I watch the news very carefully. I read newspapers on line, watch MSM despite my loathing for it, and I keep informed. I wondered, as a result, who the "military experts" were who agreed with her. I know the incoming Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff said, when asked by a reporter, that he felt the policy on prohibiting personal weapons at recruiting centers needed to be reviewed. But that is the only mention of military men and this issue I have seen, and what he said certainly did not constitute an endorsement of her babbling. I'm still not sure myself what she was trying to say. It sounded like "well, we can't have armed men at soft targets because then they might get shot so it wouldn't do any good anyway" That's how it condensed out for me, anyway, though it's hard to say since she had her brain in neutral and her mouth in overdrive.

I'll take a look at that link, thanks.

  2. The only reason I don't throw something at the TV is cause I'd have to buy a new one. She is the kind of moonbat that is now in charge and the very reason the savages can perpetrate these murders unchallenged.

    1. It's hard, sometimes, to watch MSM. I do it, because I feel like if I don't, I'm playing the ostrich. Sometimes I feel physically ill, my blood pressure goes up, and it makes me really angry. It would be easier to just shut myself off from the rest of the world and ignore "the outside." The problem is, what I see when I sit on my porch is deceptive. Just the woods, the mountains, and the sky. But swirling around outside all that events are taking place that may impact me personally or my family. This kind of thing is one of those instances. There's a growing tendency across the country for people to try to use "gun free zones" to make it impossible for you to carry your own. In my state, we got around that by inacting a law that says while a business can prohibit the possession of weapons on it's premises, it can't keep you from having your gun in your car in the parking lot.

So what I do, if I go to the post office, or court house, or some other place with one of those ridiculous signs, is just leave my shoulder holster on and leave the weapon in the car. Of course, where you are makes a difference. If you are going into Joe Smuckatelli's sandwich shop and Joe has one of those signs, you can just ignore it if you want to. Even if Joe figures out you have a gun, which he won't , it's a second degree misdemeanor IF Joe presses charges, which he won't because it will hurt his business when it hits the paper. (I actually would never do business with anyone who has one of these signs, as a local tire dealer found out when he lost my business after I came for four new truck tires and saw the sign on the door).

Government buildings are another matter. There the penalty is stiffer, and the risk not worth it. However, for the guys like the recuiters, I think I would start bringing my gun in my lunch sack or whatever. I'd rather get "office hours" and a reprimand from the unit commander than get shot by some Islamic terrorist.

It's a shame that the Cloud Coo Coo land elite are in a position to make decisions that put others lives at risk with no threat to their own, but that's how it is in the Peoples Democratic Republic of Amerika today. It will only get worse. Wait til Hillary Clinton is President.......

    2. That nitwit is 100% a product of a society that expels a six year old from school because they think he made a pop-tart look like a pistol by taking a bite out of it. Makes your head want o explode. Some times you just have to turn the tube off before that happens. I know it is important to be aware of the idiocy out there, but when it starts to affect your health it is best to shut it off and have a beer on the porch.

    3. It can get to be overwhelming. During the late great "kowtow to Jesse" campaign against Southern whites, I reached that point. I had to just sit out on the porch and smoke my pipe, and tell myself that you do the best you can, and that's all you can do.

I admit my tolerance of these people is rapidly approaching the zero mark.

    1. Mike, that's the only way they will ever learn that the monsters are out there, and have to be dealt with. Unfortunately, people like this woman belong to the social class that lives in a sealed off , secure environment. I think 9-11 is probably the only instance I can remember where liberals were on the receiving end of this treatment on a large scale.

  4. Whoever said that you can't fix stupid was obviously referencing that woman. There is no talking to people like that. Common sense doesn't enter into their arguments at all. I don't understand, Harry. Why can't they see that by removing the means for self defense by declaring gun free zones, they are placing a big red target on the back of each and every one of the folks who are in those places. And by supporting such lunacy, they are just as responsible for the murders of those Marines as the one who pulled the trigger.

    1. Vicki, it's because of the insulated, safe, comfortable world they grew up in. They simply do not have any frame of reference for the real world, so they make Sheeple decisions based on rainbows and unicorns. Unfortunately, those people out there in the real world, where it's hot and dirty and dangerous, then find themselves bound by unrealistic restraints.

I think , more and more, that citizens are justified in ignoring laws that put them at risk, laws that were promulgated not for the common good or to advance the cause of justice, but to force everyone to live according to the mores of a privileged elite.

  5. What trained military experts? Huh? Like having a bunch of hunters gathering and having their guns stolen or accidentally shot? What a load of hogwash. Arm them!

    1. Tewshooz, that question arose in my mind as well. I pay a lot of attention to the news and I am aware of only one instance where a military commander has gone on record on this issue since the shootings. That was the incoming Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and all he said was that the policy needed to be reviewed. That woman was practicing the left wing tactic of "the great lie." Say whatever you want to, loudly and shrilly, and keep your opponent from speaking.

  6. Hey Harry,

    (captaincrunch)

    Were Doomed!

That dingbat woman is living on 'Fantasy Island' in the world of happy muslims, unicorns and pretty butterflies.

I saw the article from the New York Post on King Obama's secret database on racial inequality.
The database for number of minorities and to create equality neighborhoods by moving blacks into white neighborhoods. Everyones personal data including school data (for their kids) is in that database. Im sure gun ownership and maybe voting habits are also on that database (on a side note, If King Obama has a secret database of who's been naughty and who's been nice, Im sure that the computerized voting records are also their too)
Credit scores are available, size of houses, everything in at his 'Highness's Obama's fingertips is available to use against us.

Damn. I'm sure King George, Stalin, Hitler, Mao and few others would be envious.

I have never been so embarrassed to be an American. I have never seen so many politicians willfully break the law and dive into and violate personal privacy with willful and intentional disregard to the 'Fourth Amendment of the Constitution" , nor have I seen a Congress, Senate, Supreme Court Justices and President willfully and intentionally disregard the Constitution and their sworn Constitutional oath.

I do not own an American flag. I do not want an American flag. One day when I am dead (hopefully, a great many, many years from now) Please respect my wishes and do not place an American flag on my coffin.

I guess our leaders have an agenda of their own.

    1. I share your disgust and your frustration. A big part of it is seeing and hearing things like this, and knowing that nothing will change.

I'm familiar with the government policy of "integrating" neighborhoods by offering minorities special loans and incentives to move into areas which are predominantly white. The strange thing is, no similar program exists to help, say, blacks move into predominantly Hispanic areas. Al Jazeera had a "front line" segment on it a couple of weeks ago. They presented it as a social engineering project funded and orchestrated by the federal government to address racial inequality in housing.

That' the trouble with social engineering. The very concept is foul because it involves artificially modifying peoples lives to suit the agenda of a handful of moonbats in D.C.

But that's the order of the day in Obama's Amerika.

    1. Wade, that's a succinct and accurate discription of someone who is completely out of touch with the world real people live in. But she's definitely one of Lenin's useful idiots.

      Urban Dictionary: Useful idiot

Term invented in Soviet Russia to describe people who blindly supported the likes of Lenin and Stalin while they committed atrocity after atrocity....

    1. Rob, those people are inculcated with the belief that they know best how the rest of us should live from the time they can toddle.

Unfortunately, since they are coddled, cossetted, and have no contact with real people, having to adhere to the rules they impose on society can be deadly for the rest of us.

    1. I know how you felt. I kept hoping the Marine would tell her to shut up, but he was too polite.

The Sheeple believe that it's "someone else's" responsibility to take care of any issues a person may have. The fact that the police can't get to an active shooter scene in time to be of any consequence doesn't seem to register. I suppose, to them, that's not the point. Better than several people should die, than that one of them should defend themselves, should take personal responsibility for their own lives.

"Somebody got to get down here and be responsible!"

  10. Harry,

I have issues when a person doesn't let you finish talking and they start yelling, and acting a fool. Like Nomiki Konst is doing in this interview!!! I would love to know where she obtained her information. Who are these military experts she keeps referring too? I believe every soldier should be armed, this will prevent these type of situations from happening.

    1. Sandy,

She's just doing what they all do. When you get pinned down on something just start yelling egregious lies at the top of your lungs and don't shut up til the interviewer runs out of time. She was a liar, point , period, exclamation mark.

That kind of thing irritates me to death, too.

I figure if a guy or a girl can carry an M-16, or a SAW, or whatever into battle with the ragheads, then why can't they carry their own personal weapon on them at work, especially if they have concealed carry permit. If you are a veteran or an active duty service member, Tennessee will issue you a concealed carry permit on a "shall issue" basis. Tennessee also has reciprocal agreements with just about every Southern state (South Carolina is the hold out) and I carry when we go up there.
