Down the Rabbit Hole.
“There is no real ending. It’s just the place where you stop the story.”

Hey Harry,(captaincrunch)I watched the video. I will try to adjust the front sight which I think is the problem.I may order an adjustable front sight and keep the original front sight so I can swap them out at a later date. Thanks for posting the video.
CC, I hope this does help. Within limits, adjusting the sights can solve a problem like you are having. But if there is some flaw with the rifle, it may require a good gunsmith to fix it. Given the relatively low cost of a Mosin, I'd say if adjusting the sights doesn't fix it, sell that one to someone who is only interested in a rifle for close in (within 100 yds) protection and buy another one. The one you have should be ok for hitting a man sized target fairly close up.
I absolutely love my 39' Tula. Thanks for sharing Harry.
I'm a big fan of the Mosin Nagant rifle, myself.
