Does this sound familiar?

21 Oct, 1994.  Clinton touts his iron clad agreement with North Korea, which guarentees the shut down of the North Korean nuclear weapons program.  Critics question whether North Korea is just "playing" the U.S. but Democrats shout them down. News services praise Clinton as a statesman and leader.

January 6, 2016.  North Korea announces successful test of hydrogen bomb.

  1. I'd forgotten about that Clinton - North Korea 'compromise' - I feel so much better that the U.S. has a kill switch.

    1. I think just about everyone has forgotten that we've been down this exact same path and gotten burned before. Some of the things Obama has been bleating on the news are almost word for word what Clinton said about his deal with the North Koreans. This will turn out the same way. If the Iranians aren't building nuclear weapons, what do they need intercontinental ballistic missiles for? They clearly haven't stopped working on those? I guess it's all part of how things are meant to be.

  3. It really is. We all may really get to experience the end of the world as we know it if that calamity occurs. I know I have a pessimistic bent but I anticipate exactly that to happen.
