Dedicated to the Main Stream Media (MSM)

Yesterday I saw a segment on Fox. It was a taped interview with Donald Trump from ten years or so ago, featuring clips of Trump saying Bill and Hillary Clinton were good people.

I wonder how hard they had to grub around to find that?

This song from the 1980's about sums it up.

  1. What ever happened to honesty and integrity and truth? Media now seems to think that rather than report the news, their job is to dish the dirt. Or spew the latest politically correct narrative. Time was when Walter Cronkite reported the news, I believed him. I don't believe anything that comes out of main stream media any more. And the alternate news sources are becoming suspicious as well. Sad, really.

    1. That's why I read so many little newspapers. I trust them to an extent, and I don't trust a word the networks put out. Fox had a short clip a few days ago. They said "A German Man" had stabbed some people in a train station. End of story. But I recognized that style, the same sort of attacks the "Palestinians" pull in Israel. So I got on the net and looked for amplification, and sure enough it was some Whacked Out Moslem, same style as Chattanooga. Fox used to be fairly straight, but CNN and MSN are mega-liars, and I guess Fox decided if you can't beat 'em, join 'em.

There used to be rules for behavior, but no more. That show my wife and I went to see "Mother's Day" had about every ugly leftist cliche they could possibly work in.

  2. These people just don't get it. We don't care what they say about Trump or what they think they can dig up. WE DON'T CARE. We want illegals out of out country and we don't want Muslims here that aren't vetted. We want our country back. We gave the RINO's their chance and they totally screwed us over last time. They are to blame for TRUMP. Should have done their job for the voters. Now, live with it.

  3. I don't want Muslims here, period. I got a bellyful of their gig in Lebanon. We don't need it in this country. In Atlanta at this moment the black Moslems are busy murdering the Pakistani Moslems, and vice versa. It's a nightmare.

I've had it with the Republican Party as a whole. They need to go, and be replaced with something more populist, more nationalistic.

    2. Hey Harry

I hate to say it but 'Black Muslims' hackin' away at the Paki' muslims show's politically correct diversity in action. Its almost comical.

  4. When my son was in college, he wanted to be a photographer. He wound up having to go into "journalism" because that was the only way he could get a degree at an affordable college, so he figured photojournalism would be a good place to start.

After about three semesters he quit that program in disgust because he said they weren't teaching real journalism, as he had been taught in his high-school journalism classes.

By "real" journalism, I mean the kind that we grew up with. Honest fact-finding and unbiased reporting. He said all they were teaching was how to grab eyeballs for ratings, and the truth be damned.

He wound up being an EMT, where at least he can serve people.

    1. I think he was lucky to escape that profession. There's no honor in it these days, no respect for anything. He's got a better and far more useful profession now.

  5. All of them in the alphabet soup news, including FOX are purveyors of the same sewage. But I am sure they did not have to go very far to find dirt on Trump's left leaning inclinations. He has played along with them all his life, and he has bought their favors to bend the law when it suited him. He said what he had to to get the nomination, and he will sell us down the road when he finds it convenient. He was foolish enough to admit publicly he voted for Obama. Either he was bamboozled by his BS, or he knew what he was up to and went along with it. That makes him a bad judge of character, or a sell-out. His nominations for supreme court will not be constitutional conservatives by any stretch of the imagination. And it will have dire consequences. At this point I don't have a choice but to vote for him but I will do so reluctantly and holding my nose.

    1. I always defended Fox but I have learned that I was ill advised to do so. I always detested Shepard Smith, but I thought Meghyn Kelly was a straight shooter. Now I am so disgusted with all of them I just look for hints from their broadcasts as to what I should research to find the truth.

Trump would not have been my first pick. But Cruz was slimy and Machiavellian, Rubio was narcissistic and too heavily into the "I am a Hispanic!" thing. I am revolted by the Republican "Boss Tweeds" and I will probably never vote the straight Republican ticket again. The best result of all this would probably be if the Republican party ceases to be a player on the national scene and some new, unsullied party rises to take it's place.

Trump is not a conservative, but he's not as bad as Hillary Clinton, who is a purely evil individual. I remember what life was like in this country when her husband was King, and how anyone who belonged to a group that actively opposed him genuinely had to worry about the various "Organs of State Security" kicking down the door in the middle of the night.

  6. The MSM likes to say "the internet is full of lies and no accountability. Isn't that the pot calling the kettle black? The media today is as honest as a politician. Both think that because its their point of view it should be yours to. Here is an example the new Captain America movie ,one commentary I read said he was to strong, virile, patriotic and didn't show tolerance and compassion. Yea he wears tight and this guy wants him to be gay. I bet John Wayne scares the hell out of him.

    1. In Houston, a district school board (comprised of Hispanics, blacks and a few token left wing whites) has decided that the five schools in the district named to honor Confederate military heroes will all have their names changed to "honor" local Hispanic and black "activists."

I wish there was somewhere to go to get away from multiculturalism and revisionist history.

  7. Hey Harry,

I got it all figured out. Who was in charge or German WW2 propaganda.what was it, Gerbel's? or the guy that flew to England to try and broker a truce with Churchill and was captured in early 1944.
Our media now for the most part is following the party line like the German media that was 'seduced' by 'National Socailist's in 1933. This time our media is swayed by Chi Guevera types, social justice warriors, and moonbeam fruitcakes that think 'stealing from the rich. giving to the poor' is the proper thing to do.

I gotta say the funniest thing is that everytime they say something bad about 'Trump' the more voters run to Trump. The mainstream media created Trump without knowing it. Its comical as hell to me.

    1. Goebbels. The other guy, Rudolf Hess, realized that a war between Germany and the West would just open the back door to Europe for Stalin. He flew an ME-110 fighter to Scotland in May of 1940, hoping to make contact with an English aristocrat he had met before the war. Churchill popped him in jail and kept him there til he died, a suicide, at Spandau prison in his mid nineties.

I have abandoned hope in American MSM and recognize it for what it is, a propaganda organ for the elite political class that run this country. I do still watch it, because , as in the case of the Fox News sanitized item on the stabbings in the German railway station, I can then go find the truth on the net.

  8. The sad thing is, is that it's really all about money these days with politics. I wish it wasn't so. One can run if they have backers. If not they still can run, but won't get the support.
