Cool - If I can remember, I'll tune in. Thank you.If you remember the show "Man - Woman - Wild", there is a new series with same participants on the Travel Channel. Mykel Hawke and his wife Ruth - this one is interesting as well.I know its entertainment, but it beats Dancing With the Stars by a long shot . . .
When we got tv I used to like his show.
It was the only survival show that was really authentic. I thought Man vs. Wild was the first season until it turned out "Bear" was faking a lot of it and staying in hotels. And I thought Dual Survival was until Cody Lundin said "hey man, it's television" when asked if it was "real."
I remember Man, Woman , Wild. I enjoyed it. I was sorry when it just kind of vanished. Do you remember the name of the show on Travel Channel?
Anon again - LOST SURVIVORS - I believe Tuesday Nights
I am going to program my satellite receiver to get that. Thanks for the heads up.
Is this still airing? I don't see it scheduled on the Science Channel lineup, nor Discovery. I also can't find any information on this new season online. I feel like I'm crazy because I know I saw the commercial for it!
Follow-up, for anyone who stumbles on this page, the new season of Survivorman was postponed to air in January. Unfortunately, Science Channel did not feel like letting the fans know. They just stopped the commercial without saying anything. Oh well, I'll wait till January!
Dane,Thanks a lot for the information. Up until last week they were still advertising the show for the 18th. Then a couple of days ago, I went to set the record button to get the show and instead of Survivorman they had Through the Wormhole. Tonight, just to make sure, at 10:00 I turned on the TV but no survivorman. I hadn't been able to find anything about it on line. So your information was very timely indeed.
Thanks for the info
Such a crock of shit. I was all set to watch it tonight.
It was to air tonight at 9 on SCI. My DVR still has it set to record, but now that silly wormhole show is scheduled.
That sucks I waited all week to watch this and it didn't show. I even set my calendar!
I'm still trying to figure out why it's on the Science Channel instead of Discovery?
